Praise the Lord

“Praise the Lord. Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in His mighty heavens. Praise Him for His acts of power; praise Him for His surpassing greatness.” Psalm 150:1, 2

You can praise and worship God! What can we praise Him for? Here are two main areas.

First, you can praise and worship God for Who He is. God loves you and He is great and wonderful and all powerful. You can tell God that you love Him. You can sing praise songs to Him. You can worship Him in church.

You can praise God for how great He is. God is just; He is loving; He is kind; He is all powerful; He is merciful; He created the universe and all that is good. How great is our God!

You can also thank and praise God for what He has done. Most of all, we can thank Him for sending His Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins. You can thank God for saving you and sending His Holy Spirit to fill you. We can thank Him for all He has done for us; for good health; for financial provision; for loving family and friends.

The Bible says “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.” Let us praise God each and every day and tell Him that we love Him!

So, this week, let us pray and

• Tell God we love Him and are so thankful for Him
• Worship God for Who He is and His wonderful nature
• Ask God to protect your family and friends and all of us here at Global Media Outreach
